Summary

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Accounting Services Officer to assist in all aspects of the accounting services function while maintaining registers and ensuring records are up to date.
This role is largely customer focused and a significant aspect will include data entry into the financial systems with a focus on Accounts Receivable.
About You
To be successful in this role. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to deal effectively, diplomatically and confidentially with complaints and enquiries. You will have a sound knowledge of general accounting practices and will be able to apply these within tight deadlines. This along with your accuracy and good head for figures will see you succeed in this role.
Experience in ERP Finance systems, Accounts Payable automation, TechnologyOne Finance system experience (T1/TechOne - including XL one reporting) will be highly regarded.
