Based in Sydney's CBD we are looking for Credit Officers to fill a number of fantastic roles.

Client Details

Our client is looking for an experienced Credit Officer to join their team.

Reporting to the Credit Team Leader, they will provide ongoing and individual support.

Experience in a FMGC industry and looking after a large number of accounts would be desirable.

Description

Reporting to the Finance Director you will be:

• Assessing credit risk and credit
• Liaising with clients regarding their accounts
• Dealing with queries, disputes and negotiations
• Processing credit card payments
• Developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Process credit adjustments
• Preparing monthly statements and reports
• Timely collection of outstanding debts

Profile

• Mininimum 3 years experience
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Team player with a can-do attitude
• Good attention to detail
• Experience working with construction industry and government clients
