HR & Payroll Advisor Job , Permanent , Onsite Parking
Your new company
Located conveniently in Archerfield, our client is a national leader in their industry. Due to internal movement, an opportunity now exists for an experienced and passionate HR & Payroll Advisor to join the team on a full time permanent basis.
Your new role
As the HR & Payroll Advisor your key responsibilities will include:-
HR
- Assistance with end to end recruitment
- Preparation of employment contracts
- Organising inductions
- Processing and assisting with employee terminations
- Assisting the HR Manager with IR/ER matters
- Organising training and development programs
- Running HR programs, employee incentives and initiatives
- Other generalist HR duties where required
Payroll
- Processing weekly payroll for 200 + employees
- Processing of high volume timesheets
- Processing new starters, terminations and leave requests
- Processing superannuation and PAYG
- Processing WorkCover claims
- EOM reporting
- Handling all incoming payroll related enquiries
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will have similar and demonstrated experience recently or in your current role. You will possess exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work autonmously and on your own initiative. Exposure to both HR, Recruitment and Payroll is highly regarded.
