The Role
Managing a large volume of inbound and outbound calls on daily basis
Contacting clients to assess and negotiate payment on overdue accounts within company guidelines
Liaison with internal departments to ensure all invoices queries are resolved in a timely manner
Preparing banking daily and Management reports
Data entry and account reconciliations
About You
The successful candidate will have a high level of experience in collection of out of term debts
Knowledge of Consumer Law, Credit collection and Debt related law
Exceptional customer service skills and able to demonstrate experience in negotiation with a diverse client base
Personal skills in being assertive and able to be respectful in dealing with clients
Highly proficient in Excel
Ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets and KPIs
