Australian Hammer Supplies is the NSW dealer for market leading Kubota Earthmoving Equipment & Toku Hammers. We also sell the complete line of Kubota Lawn Mowing Equipment, Compact Tractors and Agricultural Tractors.
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Finance team. This is a permanent opportunity, working from our south western Sydney office based in Ingleburn. The primary objective of this role will be on managing the debtors accounts, bank allocation/reconciliation as well as general accounting tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- Allocating customer payments to debtor accounts
- Daily reconciliation between bank statement and internal system
- Maintaining the debtor's trial balance
- Calling customers for outstanding amounts
- Assisting Accounts Payable when required
- Other adhoc support to the finance team
