Your new company
A National Manufacturing company are seeking a new Accounts Payable Officer to join the Finance team on site. Based in Mascot, they have created a temporary to permanent opportunity for a suitable candidate. With a commitment to providing first class service to internal teams and departments, the successful applicant will join a friendly and driven team.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the full function of Accounts Payable & Receivable.
Your responsibilities will include: -
Daily coding and matching of Accounts Payable invoices
Weekly payment run
Employee Expenses
Accounts Payable month end
Corporate Credit Cards
Accounts Receivable invoicing
Receipting and allocation of payments
Aged Debtor Reports
Reconciliations
Various reports in regards to Accounts Payable & Receivable
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a full function Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable position is essential using SAP System. Confident EXCEL user (including Pivot tables and V-Look-Ups).
