Our client is a market leader in the Health-care industry. The goal across the organisation is to provide excellent service, superior clinical aid and to continue to make a significant impact to the lives of many. The firm is searching for an Accounts Payable Officer to become a contributing member of their rewarding company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer enquiries from facilities and vendors (via phone, fax and e-mail).
• Handle difficult cases from facility and vendors including account reconciliations.
• Prepare and reconcile weekly payment journals for EFT, BPAY, Credit Card and Cheques.
• Import payment files into bank, ensuring payments are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile and resolve Vendor Statements.
• Ensuring strong systems are being implemented successfully and reviewing / improving on process and efficiency day to day.

Key Requirements:

• 3-4 years minimum full function Accounts Payable experience within Australia
• Process 100+ invoices per day
• Experience with large ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), SAP experience is essential
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills (verbal & written)
• Excellent problem solving and reconciliation skills
• Ability to learn systems quickly and operate in a fast paced environment

Although the position is a permanent role, the business has an immediate requirement.
