An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Risk and Assurance Analyst to join a leading, international real estate and investment firm in a 12 month contract with strong prospects for permanency.

Description
Reporting to the Global Assurance, Risk and Compliance Manager, you will:
- Drive the ANZ region operations in relation to assurance, governance and risk
- Facilitate and coordinate activities to deliver an integrated approach to risk management and compliance
- Engage and communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders to achieve measurable outcomes
- Keep abreast of relevant compliance and regulatory requirement and developments
- Implement and manage risk, compliance and assurance programs
- Undertake risk-based monitoring and second line assurance activities
- Cultivate and foster an environment of continuous improvement in risk management and compliance activities
- Provide advice to the regional team
- Manage, address and (if needed ) escalate key risks and issues
Profile
- 5-10 years’ experience in a risk management and compliance
- Tertiary qualified in Commerce or Real Estate
- High level of commercial acumen
- Effectiveness in independently managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders
- The ability to create concise management information from large volumes of information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
