The Company
Our client is a leader within their field who are looking to appoint a permanent Accounts Receivable Clerk to their high performing office.
This is a newly created position due to growth within the business and as such this role would suit someone who only has a few years AR experience, and is eager to learn and grow with a company.
This is a permanent, full time position, you must have full working rights to be considered for this role.
The Role
This role, reporting to the Business Manager, this is a support role, with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable, and some administrative tasks. Your role will encompass;
- Processing of and receipting of all payments
- Monthly raising of invoices and collation
- Dealing with customer and new account enquiries
- Debtors reconciliations
- Preparation of credit note requests
- Collection of outstanding accounts via phone, letter and email
- Allocating incoming cash to the ledger
- Assist with general office administration
Your Profile
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience within an Accounts Receivable full function position. You will have intermediate to advanced Excel capabilities coupled with experience using a large ERP accounting software package. Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to customer service are a must. This is a rare permanent opportunity, with a business invested in training and development.
