About the role
Working Hours - approximately 15-20 hours Permanent Part-time
-The primary role of this position is to ensure that all purchases made are matched with a PO & entered into MYOB. The purchases need to be checked against statements in preparation for payment.
-Filing of purchases
-Reconciliation of fuel bills
-Assist with phone enquiries regarding payments
Skills and experience
-Previous experience in a similar role or function
-Computer knowledge necessary - MYOB, Word & Excel
-High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to multi task and prioritise your daily responsibilities
-Be able to work as part of a team and be accountable
