This role will be primarily responsible for completing internal financial and operational management tasks and projects. Accounting degree and minimum 2-3 years accounting experiences required with the following competencies;
- Capable of strategic planning and thinking
- Demonstrate high professional standards
- Provide strong leadership to the firm
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
Responsibilities / Task include:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts analysis for reporting
- Maintaining financial systems and controls
- Invoicing and accounts receivable
- Accounts payable and Payroll
- Assisting the Director in the preparation of operational cash flows and budgets
- Assisting the Director on financial planning and risk management
- Business analysis and improvement
- Liaising with the ATO on taxation matters
- Working in a team andn in multicultural environment
