An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join a fun and friendly team on a contract basis. Due to increased volume you will be required to hit the ground running within this busy role. You must have strong experience dealing with high volume AR and data entry. Ideally you will be immediately available, however notice periods can be considered.

Duties:

Raising & issuing of invoices & progress claims
Issue statements & reminders
Proactively follow up invoices for payment, ensuring this is received by due date
Daily bank statements
Bank reconciliations
Daily banking
Assist with new account applications
Ad-hoc tasks as required

Skills & Experience Required:

Recent experience in an accounts receivable position
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Exceptional communication & customer service skills
Be able to work effectively as part of a team and deal with a variety of stakeholders
Ability to provide input to efficiency and improvement projects
Excellent time management and organisational skills
