Datcom is a Managed Services Provider operating since 1997. Located in the heart of the Sydney CBD, we offer a great working culture within a professional and friendly environment.
We have industry partnerships, accreditations and certifications which include; Microsoft Gold Partner, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Silver Partner, Cisco Select Partner, VMware Professional Solution Provider and Citrix Silver Solution Advisor.
We are expanding our team due to the company's continuous year on year growth. The primary focus will be ensuring prompt payment from our customers and overall efficient management of our clients accounts and contracts. Initially we are seeking part time for around 18 hours a week, 6 hours per day, 3 days a week, however this is flexible.
The successful candidate will:
- Minimise the risk of bad debt by ensuring all outstanding monies are paid within trading terms
- New account review-trade reference checking & credit reporting
- Credit note checks
- Facilitate changes to credit limits and issue periodic notices and correspondence
- Claims reconciliations including approvals from Managers
- Discount claims adjustments
- Liaise with Sales / Customer Service teams for account issues
- Overdue account collections
- Maintain an efficient filing system to ensure easy access to information
- Customer account reconciliations
- Build and develop relationships with both internal and external customers
- Assist with monthly / year-end reporting
- Contract administration
Qualities of the successful candidate:
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Experience within a legal capacity and contracts management will be highly regarded
- High attention to detail
- Professional written and communication skills
- Ability to work within a small team
- The ability to liaise and manage various clients and stakeholders throughout the business
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
- The desire to learn and take on new challenges
