About the company

Reporting to the Accounts Payable manager in the Brisbane Head Office, this client is looking to appoint an Accounts Payable officer. The company takes pride in providing goods and services to a range of industry and customers in Australia.

About the Role

High volume invoicing
Matching and batching of purchase orders
Daily bank reconciliation
Weekly petty cash for allocated accounts
Maintain and build on relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Promptly responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders via email and over the phone
Other ad hoc duties as required

About You

Ideally having experience in a blue collar industry
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure at high volumes
3-4 years’ experience in a similar Accounts Payable position
Strong communication skills and being able to liase with external and internal stakeholders with confidence
Strong work ethic and a proven ability to show resilience
