The Company
Our client is a leader in IT and due to growth in their industry there is an opportunity to join the team on a permanent basis. This company looking for an outgoing, results driven Accounts Receivable Manager to be part of their vibrant, energetic and supportive team.
Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager and leading an Accounts Receivable team of 5, you will be responsible for approving charges, adjustments and releases to the appropriate cost center. You will also responsible for reporting on, and providing financial information for month end reports for the business. In addition to the above, you will:
- Manage the performance of the team (coaching and managing the development)
- Resolve escalated billing enquiries effectively and in a timely manner
- Improve processes and seek new efficiencies
- Provide ad-hoc reports as requested by the Finance Manager
Your Profile
As the successful Accounts Receivable Manager you have:
- Prior experience in leading a team
- Steady career history showing your growth in Accounts Receivable
- A sharp eye for detail and you take pride in completing your work with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong financial acumen for data, numbers, finance and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to learn new processes, systems and concepts quickly in a high volume environment.
