A fantastic opportunity currently exists in Western Sydney for an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Officer to join a global organisation. This position will involve Full Function Accounts Payable duties processing a high volume of invoices, compiling accounts as well as gathering purchase orders. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a rapidly growing business within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing high volume of invoices
- Bank Reconciliations
- EFT Payments
- 3 way matching and batching
- Gather purchase orders, charge slips, sales tickets etc, and preparation of payments
- Liaising with internal and external shareholders
- Performs a variety of tasks working under general supervision
- Ad hoc admin duties
Key Requirements:
- Experience of high volume processing of invoices (150 Daily)
- Experience with SAP or Oracle highly regarded
- Previous experience with reconciliations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong excel skills (V look ups, pivot tables)
- Excellent communication skills
