The position – Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth
Reporting to the business unit Commercial Finance Manager, you will manage the financial aspects of the region. Through strong these relationships you will play a key role in driving the growth and performance of a business segment which has turnover between $40m and $100m. This is a key stepping stone to larger Commercial Finance Manager positions.
- In some cases, lead a small team of finance and administration staff
- Work closely with the other commercial resources of your division
- Drive financial governance, planning and reporting and commercial pricing
- Support tender submissions and investment proposals
- Support management teams in driving enhanced operational performance
Candidate profile

- Ability to apply commercial acumen to delivery of financial performance
- Ability to influence the business through a professional approach, balancing process versus financial outcome
- Financial/commercial managerial experience in the industrial or manufacturing sectors
- Experience with reporting systems and a technical accounting background
- Commercial experience in a fast-paced environment and a track record of influencing business performance
- CA, CPA or equivalent international equivalent qualification, while an MBA would also be advantageous
