The Role
Reporting to the GM of Finance this role has a blend of BAU finance duties coupled with system, implementation and IT enhancement projects. You will be responsible for: 

• Lead the forecasting and budgeting processes;
• P&L consolidation including variance analysis and key driver summaries;
• Support the month end process relating to business reporting; 
• Work closely with stakeholders to support the product costings process through analysis and commentary;
• Business partner with supply chain, distribution, store managers and corporate; 
• Provide insight and analysis on revenue streams;
• Lead a company wide data visualisation project relating to the implementation of BI tools;
• Lead enhancements in the TM1 system as part of the upcoming ERP implementation; and 
• System enhancement projects related to reporting.

The Person
Your background will be primarily in finance (Business Analysis / Management Accounting) coupled with expertise using TM1 and leading IT related projects. You will be a finance TM1 "super user" having been a part of projects related to implementation, enhancement including a thorough understanding of how data works in the TM1 system. You will enjoy business partnering and be able to present at executive level.
