About Role
Working part of a small team, you will play an integral role in looking after the AR function. Your responsibilities will include:
- Management of debtor's ledger – COD, 7, 14 and 30 days accounts
- Making outbound collection calls to customers
- Chasing unpaid accounts
- Bank Reconciliation
- Credit Controller for new accounts
- Credit Controller for invoices (ensuring they are only released after checking GP)
- Preparing Reports
Skills and experience
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills
- Very Strong personality and strict work ethics
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage own workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
