We are currently working with a leading multinational company and household name within the Australia market who are looking to bring on a experienced credit controller who has previous experience or exposure to processing rebates.
This role would ideally suit an individual who has at least two year experience in a similar role and is looking to take on further responsibility and join a well known and established organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and allocate daily banking
- Reconcile/match AR accounts
- Follow up customer claims and credits (pricing, rebates, etc)
- Assist Credit Manager in providing commentaries for reporting procedures
- Contacting the credit limit and overdue customers to secure payment
- Process approved rebates to customer accounts in line with their trading terms
Essential Criteria:
- At minimum, 2 years experience as a credit controller
- SAP proficient
- Experience processing rebates
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
