Seeking an immediately available experienced Accounts receivable officer to join a friendly team located in the heart of the Sydney CBD.

Description
Day to day to responsibilities include:
- Promptly answer phone calls and respond to email queries from customers
- Prepare bills,invoices and bank deposits
- Process payments
- Contact customers to obtain payment of overdue debt
- Proactively Engage debt collectors in order to secure payment of aged debt
- Write off debts once it is determined that they are unrecoverable
- Produce monthly reports on debtor status
Profile
The successful candidate must have the following:
- 2 years minimum experience in an accounts receivable role
- Good communication skills over the phone
- Self-Motivation
- Attention to detail
