Ultasound Care is a busy Obstetric and Gynaecology practice with 8 locations across Sydney seeking a part time experienced bookkeeper.
Responsibilities include:
· Processing supplier invoices
· Preparing weekly bank reconciliations
· Preparing monthly credit card reconciliations
· Assisting with processing fortnightly payroll
· Processing and reconciling petty cash
· Raising recharge invoices
· Liaising with external accountant
· Adhoc projects and duties
The successful candidate will:
· Be an experienced user of Xero
· Have good attention to detail
· Be self-motivated and able to work independently
· Be a clear communicator
· Be organised, positive and flexible
