Our client is looking for a Management Accountant who would ensure timely and accurate production of monthly management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, while supporting decision making and facilitating business success.

Our client is a multinational organisation that specialises in improving energy performance across various industries. They are looking for a Management Accountant with Pronto experience and great Excel skills
Description
- Prepare financial reports and commentaries in regard to financial statements, trends and analysis
- Timely & accurate monthly accounting, budgeting, forecasting & reporting for a portfolio of properties
- Liaising with managerial staff and centralised lease administration unit
- Supervising a team of employees
- Developing and managing financial systems and policies
- Accrual accounting for all lines of Occupancy Cost on a regular basis
- Occupancy Cost Forecasting on a regular basis
- Management of inquiries from both internal and external parties
- Negotiating and obtaining finance for major projects
- Advising and creating and generating business strategies to generate shareholder value
- Work with all departments, the management team and internal stakeholders to help make financial decisions and drive performance improvement
- Develop financial models to facilitate and support the decision making process
Collaborate with the Project Managers and Branch managers to manage financial performance of the Business
Units, contribute to the strategic and operational decision making by providing appropriate financial analysis.
Perform financial analysis on contract profitability, labour utilisation, selling and general administrative expenses
Maintain Delegation of Authority (DoA) framework, ensuring DoA’s consistently applied across the Australian
business.
Assist with the implementation of internal control initiatives and work with Business Units to ensure alignment to Group policies and procedures.
Profile
- CA/ CPA Qualified
- Extensive experience in a similar role within the building services and facility management industry.
- Ability to drill into large amounts of data to extract meaningful insights for business improvement, analyse core issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex analysis to various management level
- Strong skills in Excel as well as basic database capabilities, as well as experience with PRONTO ERP.
- Proficient in Project Accounting and IFRS
- Exposure working for multinationals and large corporates would be advantageous
