Imparja Television is a 100% indigenous owned commercial television broadcaster located in Alice Springs. We are looking fora confident, experienced finance clerk to join our Finance team.
Reporting to the Senior Finance Clerk you will be involved in a wide range of tasks including:
Sales invoicing
Collection, processing & allocating cash receipts
Reconciliation of customer accounts
Bank reconciliations
Credit management
Commission payments
As a valued member of the Finance team you will be providing support with month end processing and reporting to deadlines.
The successful applicant will possess:
High level of attention to detail and sound time management skills
High level of written and verbal communication skills
Sound analytical and problem solving skills
Keen appreciation of the requirement to maintain high levels of confidentiality
Team player with energy, flexibility and integrity
Intermediate Excel and Word skills
Experience Required:
Previous experience in accounts receivable setting in a medium to large corporation.
Previous experience using MYOB would be advantageous.
Training will be provided on the Etere traffic management advertising system used for invoicing debtors.
