Macfixit Australia is Australia's largest iPhone, iPad and Mac accessory and upgrades store online. We have an opportunity for a bookkeeper to join our team in Brisbane/Bardon QLD.
The successful applicant will be required to complete books and complete all 'Hands-on' duties including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Reconciliations, BAS completion and a wide range of other related administrative and financial duties
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Reconcilliation of accounts in Xero
- PAYG preparation and lodgement
- BAS preparation and lodgement
- Preparation of payroll
- Undertake banking and other duties for collection and receipting
- Liaise with external clients
- EOM and EOY reporting
- Bank Reconciliations
- General office and administrative duties
Other details of the role:
- 2-3 days per week - flexible with days
- Xero experience is a must
- Work to be done online or remotely and some tasks to be done in-office
- 3+ years experience
- You must be able to to work independently and with minimal assistance
- You will be an Australian citizen or permanent resident to apply and be available to commence immediately.
