Our client is looking for a superstar Management Accountant to join their organisation on a 6 month contract.
Supporting a dynamic team of analysts, you'll link the financial accounting processes with the wider business by providing hands-on, timely support across multiple business units.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brand name in the heart of Melbourne's CBD.
About The Role
You'll need to prepare financial reports and commentaries in regard to financial statements, trends and analysis. Creating timely & accurate monthly accounting, budgeting, forecasting & reporting for a variety of business units, your activities will shape like the following:
- Liaising with senior non-finance stakeholders
- Developing and managing financial systems and policies
- Managing inquiries from both internal and external parties
- Advising on generating business strategies and performance improvements
- Developing financial models to facilitate and support decision making processes
About Yourself
The key requirement for success is your attitude. Our client is looking for someone driven, well-communicated and looking to become a genuine member of the team.
Needing to be immediately available, you'll should ideally have full CA or CPA qualifications with exposure to management accounting or FP&A.
Solid Excel skills will be required as you'll be hands-on with complex finance models with the view with improve processes along the way. You should also have experience using large ERPs.
