Autorola is Australia's fastest growing online automotive remarketing company. Our Head Office is located in Hawthorn East, Melbourne. Autorola offers vendors and buyers an efficient online sales platform. We are currently looking for an Account Officer to join our friendly team on a part time basis.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Preparing disbursements for all vendors
- Assisting with the duties for accounts receivable
- Processing supplier invoices
- Administrative and other ad-hoc duties
- Banking
- Fast and accurate data entry along with ad-hoc reporting
- Building and maintaining effective working relationships both internally and externally
You will have the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy with Excel, Word, Outlook
- Be prepared to work in busy environment
- Have a professional and reliable disposition
This position offers a great opportunity to move into a fast growing business with a very experienced team and has the potential to grow into a full time role.
