A bit about the role:
- Manage end to end Accounts Payable function over multiple entities
- End to end Payment function, including but not limited to entering, scanning, archiving and matching supplier invoice with and without purchase orders
- Strong Customer Service focus
- Strong understanding and experience of international and foreign currency payments
- Expense claim processing
- Credit card end to end management (including credit card administration)
- Knowledge of bank and credit card reconciliations, journals and receipting
- Journal entries
- Review payments in line with terms and making sure all creditors are paid correctly in a timely manner
- Weekly and Daily EFT, Cheque & manual payment runs
- Ad-hoc admin duties as required
- Advance excel skills (Vlookups, pivot tables etc)
- ERP system experience
- Experience within a Shared Service environment
- Experience in a Large Organisation
- Assisting in weekly/monthly/yearly financial reporting
- Assisting in various financial reporting if required
- Can liaise professionally with Internal and external customers to fix Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, credit card and bank account related issues
