This position is one that will have you working as the Payroll Officer at their Melbourne CBD offices, where they are known for having a great workplace culture, with excellent working facilities.
Description
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your role will include but will not be limited to:
• Accurately process multiple end to end payrolls
• Inputting and reconciling of manual time sheets
• Processing annual and sick leave as well as leave accruals
• Assisting with monthly reconciliations for all Payroll activities
• Correctly interpreting multiple EBA’s and awards
• Help the transition to Single Touch Payroll
• Other ad-hoc administration duties
Profile
The successful applicant will ideally have a couple of years’ experience in processing end to end payroll including superannuation and payroll tax. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a team based environment is essential. A strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly identify errors is preferred. You also must have the ability to answer payroll multiple payroll related queries from employees and contractors. Previous exposure to ADP would also be advantageous.
