This Accounting practice based in the Inner CBD prides itself in its strong work ethic and the exceptional and consistent financial services it provides to its clients.
Reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Preparation of Superannuation Financial Statements in BGL Software
- Preparation of financial accounts and income tax returns for Individuals, Trusts, Companies, Superannuation Funds and Partnerships
- Preparations of GST, PAYG, BAS and IAS forms for all entity types
- You will be responsible for servicing a variety of clients including following up and resolving client issues
To be successful in this role:
- You must have strong experience and be efficient in the use of BGL Superannuation Software eg. Simple Fund 360
- Previous working knowledge of XERO and MYOB and taxation software is essential
- Ability to work in a small and friendly team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Ability to work unsupervised and autonomously
- Thrives in meeting deadlines and delivering work to a high standard
- Strong problem solving ability
