Global IT Company, located in Brookvale is seeking a Part Time Accounts Payable Officer with SAP experience.
Join our high performing finance team and gain entry into the IT industry.
Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for a range of accounting functions, including the input/payment of accounts payable transactions, process credit notes, expense reports, cheque and credit cards, vendor reconciliations, match purchase order to vendor within automated system, create spreadsheets for reconciliation and analysis purposes, run various reports, and associated filing/archiving for the department.
To be successful in this role you require:
- Solid SAP, Excel and data entry skills are essential
- Minimum 2 years experience in an Accounts Payable role for a large company
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong problem solving and follow through skills
During peak periods, extra hours may be required. In addition you will demonstrate initiative, possess excellent communication skills, enjoy problem solving, have a good eye for detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
