Neil's Parts (Australia) Pty Ltd has a full time position available in our Toowoomba Branch for a Bookkeeper/Office Administration Person.

Responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day running of the office
  • Inventory Transfer & Receivables Entry
  • Invoice Processing & Filing Management
  • Manage office supplies, stationary etc.
  • Accounts Payable Management & Data Entry
  • Daily Banking and Bank Reconciliation
  • Other Adhoc tasks as required

To be successful in this role, we seek the following qualities:

  •  Diligent and a dynamic team player
  •  Excellent time management skills
  •  Must have prior experience in similar role
  •  Possess own reliable transport
  •  Ability to work under pressure
  •  Good computer skills with intermediate to advanced Excel
  •  Sound bookkeeping skills with a high degree of accuracy
  •  Ability to meet deadlines, work unsupervised and show initiative
  •  Clear handwriting and excellent spelling and grammar skills
  •  Excellent attention to detail
