Your new company
An award winning Construction & Property Company have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join there successful team on a permanent basis. This fast-paced, fast-growing company have expanded their portfolio by recently merging with another construction company and this in turn has generated this position within their finance team.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the financial controller you will be joining a team of highly dedicated account professionals. This role will offer you the opportunity to grow your career within the booming construction space in a standalone capacity. Your daily duties will include:
- Full function Accounts Payable for 13 different entities
- High volume invoicing, processing upwards of 700 invoices monthly
- Low Volume Accounts Receivable Support
- Intercompany transactions
- Bank, Credit and Cheque reconciliations
- Assisting in financial or general ledger enquires
- Assistance with monthly reporting
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a fast paced Accounts Payable role
- Construction or Property experience is highly desired
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously
- Hard working and can do attitude
