Account Services officer (SCCB) provide support & assistance to centres to assist vulnerable and disadvantaged families and child gain access to government funding for Special childcare benefit in line with eligibility requirements. Working closely with centre directors, you will training and mentor internal customers across all special CCB  and resolve complex specific issues. This position requires you to be highly motivated in child welfare and have a strong commitment to ensure all children have access to Goodstart centres. You will need to be responsive and agile in changes that will be implemented through the new CCS package.

This is a full-time permanent position working 38 hours / week at our Murarrie head office.

To be successful in the role you will have:

• 4-6 years hands on Accounts experience
• Computer skills, good mathematical background
• Experience with spreadsheet and automated accounting systems
• Proven experience in managing a credit management and/or finance and accounting role in a large, multi-site, service-related organisation
• Qikkids experience is desirable
