Description
- Prepare statements and bank deposits
- Verify discrepancies and resolve clients billing issues
- Collection of outstanding amounts in line with company policies and procedures
- Conduct credit checks
- Reconcile debtor accounts
- Set up new accounts and maintain customer files
- Chase payments over the phone/by mail or email
Profile
- Minimum of three years experience in accounts receivable
- Well developed MS Excel skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong negotiation skills
