Your new role

The claiming and compliance officer will be responsible for ensuring customer Carelink records are set up with correct information to successfully claim for delivered supports.You will be liaising with internal stakeholders and the NDIA to resolve any issues with claiming

Your duties:

• Complete financial customer set up within myplace & carelink within time frame
• Make amendments to customers financial set up requested by account managers
• Ensure all service agreements are compliant
• Identify and resolve issues
• Adjust carelink records and rosters to include updated funding bodies
• Work collaboratively within a team

Skills and Experience

• Ability to work within a team to achieve outcomes
• Attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience working within a team
• Experience or knowledge of the disability sector is desirable
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to identify and resolve issues or errors
• Meet scheduled internal and external deadlines
