Our Finance team provides the strategic and operational Finance support to all areas of our Lendlease business. This includes establishing our systems, processes and reporting platforms to support business performance, analysis and day-to-day management.
We currently have a sensational opportunity for a Finance Manager to support our Group Head of Management Reporting on a 12-month Fixed Term contract. Your role will be responsible reporting and driving insightful analysis to support decision making and drive business performance. Your focus will be to deliver the consolidated financial reports including the production of the Monthly CFO Report to the Lendlease Board, produce annual Operational (business) Plan and rolling budgets, drive ownership and delivery of the monthly Regional Treasury forecasts through the Regional M&AR teams, in addition, you will also look to simplify the use of TM1 in delivering the Treasury forecast and budget along with producing on demand analysis.
To be successful in this role, CA qualifications will be essential as well as strong current accounting knowledge and demonstrated experience in Financial Management Reporting. Naturally, you will be a strong communicator coupled with brilliant stakeholder management skills. Ideally, you will be Big4 or Mid-tier trained paired with commercial experience gained in similar environment.
