ASX-listed and experiencing rapid growth, we're seeking an accountant with excellent systems and process skills with a passion to get hands on and make a significant contribution to our business.

About the role

• 6 month contract with the potential to become a permanent role with career progression as the business scales up.
• Opportunity to make a significant impact within a highly visible and motivated team.
• Manage existing accounting processes while working closely with the Finance Manager and CFO to improve automation through introduction of new systems and processes.
• Broad role ranging from AP/Payroll through to Board and Management Reporting.
• Work closely with senior managers and others within the broader (non-finance) team to evaluate business opportunities.

Skills and experience

• At least degree qualified in Accounting/Commerce but CPA/CIMA qualifications preferred
• 3+ years experience
• Confident, energetic attitude and ability to work closely with non-finance professionals
• Excellent communication and analytical skills 
• A good working knowledge of a range of accounting systems and applications required
