Opportunity for a driven and motivated Accounts Payable professional to lead a small team.
Client Details
Our Client is a fast growing independent organisation within the health-care industry who are now seeking an experience Accounts Payable professional to lead their team.
Description
Working in the Finance team, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following;
- Day to day running of the Accounts Payable team
- Implementing process improvements and system automation
- Set up all new suppliers in the ERP system
- Ensuring that the AP team process, reconcile and pay all invoices in a reliable, accurate and timely manner
- Liaising with all external stakeholders including suppliers and branch offices and address their queries
Profile
To be successful in this role you will have at least 5 years hands-on experience in AP with some staff management experience. Preferably you will have Inventory Management experience and have worked in the retail or manufacturing industries. You will be s firm believer in driving continuous improvement and efficiency. You will have outstanding accuracy and attention to detail as well as strong communication skills.
