Your new role

This position is Payroll Officer, reporting to the Payroll team leader. You will have experience across end to end payroll ensuring the function operates in a timely and appropriate manner. You will be responsible for:

• Overseeing payroll processes and superannuation payments
• Reconciliation of GL accounts
• Making sure payroll is complaint to relevant legal and regulatory requirements
• Producing payroll reports
• Understanding key stakeholders / client requirements and ensure delivery
• Co-ordination of activities across the payroll function to ensure consistency

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will possess:

• Experience with high volume payroll and outsourced payroll
• Previous experience with a large scale payroll system (Preceda would be ideal)
• Knowledge of EBAs
• Construction industry experience
• An outgoing, easy going and social personality
• The ability to think outside the box
• Excellent communication skills
