The Company
This company has gone from strength to strength due to their strong ethics and value system. Currently seeking a Revenue & Billing Officer, this position will see you becoming an integral member of a friendly team working in an organisation which offers flexibility & excellent remuneration
The Position
Reporting to the Revenue Supervisor this role will include but not be limited to;
- Accurately raising & processing invoices
- Processing Billings & payments fortnightly
- Daily receipting & reconciling accounts
- Processing Bond refunds as required
- Liaising with Government bodies such as Medicare & Centrelink
- Maintaining the debt collection process & escalating as required
- Ensuring a high level of data integrity
- Preparing monthly statements
The Candidate
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within Health or Aged Care industry
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite, AX and Procura
- Highest attention to detail
- Ability to build & maintain internal & external relationships
- Strong communication; verbal & written
- Work cohesively within a team environment
