The Company
My client is a leading property business based in Sydney CBD. Due to an increase in operational growth there is a need for a Financial Accountant on a contract basis for 2 months.
This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your skills in a role where autonomy and proactiveness are encouraged.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for:
- Yearly preparation of statutory accounts, financial statements and management reports.
- Assist with month end process including balance sheet reconciliations, journal posting and tax compliance
- Interaction with small finance team and collaboration where necessary
- Provide key insight and analysis on financial results and provide recommendations
Your Profile
- Finance related degree with CPA/CA qualified essential
- Strong technical & excellent communication skills
- Works well in a fast past environment and can adapt to change
- Must be able to work unsupervised
