The Organisation

Our client is a highly successful, national recruitment agency. Providing specialised recruitment services to a number of blue chip clients. With an extensive number of contractors of board, they are continuing to grow and expand. Due to a system implementation there is a need for a FastTrack experienced payroll officer to join their team for a contract of approximately three months with the view of extension.
  

Position Description 

Reporting directly into the Payroll Manager, and working as part of a team you duties will include:

• Payroll processing for temps, contractors 
• Prepare and reconcile weekly/monthly payroll
• Processing of annual, long service and personal leave
• Processing new starters, terminations and payroll adjustments
• Proving accurate information in response to employee queries
• Other duties as requested from the Payroll Manager

  
Candidate Profile

The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Payroll Officer role as well as the following attributes:

• Ability to hit the ground running
• FastTrack experience essential
• Prior experience in a recruitment/workforce environment desired
• Strong attention to detail
• Intermediate to advanced excel skills
• Excellent time management skills
