Your new role
As a Senior Manager within this firm your role will be of significant importance for both clients and staff as a key leader within the business. You will be responsible for a portfolio of business and personal clients as well as the management and coaching of approximately 3-4 staff. You will provide advice and services to your clients relating to tax, management reporting and cash flow, business strategy and SMSF.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this position you will be an experienced accountant with CA or CPA qualification. Practical knowledge in both business advisory and tax is required. Staff leadership experience is preferred however if you are an up and coming, progressive accountant looking fast track your career you are encouraged to apply.
You will have strong commercial, business and financial acumen and exude professionalism in your work practices.
Thorough knowledge of accounting and tax practices is a must as are excellent communication skills.
