Much loved for generations, this iconic Australian company continues to be an exciting retail presence with their innovative product range widely available. Enjoying active growth and a planned expansion into international markets, they are seeking a versatile and proficient Accounts Officer to join their team.
Working from their newly renovated and open planned offices our role will include:
- Processing invoices into their new ERP system, matching purchase orders and prices and coordinating subsequent payment runs
- Undertaking collection activities in line with trading terms and company policies
- Managing relationships with suppliers and customers, handling account related enquires and supplier issues
- Reconciliation of payments and accounts related administration.
To be successful you will:
- Have prior experience in an end to end Accounts role with exposure to high volume AR & AP transactions
- Be proficient in the use of ERP software in a manufacturing / distribution environment
- Ideally have exposure to import / export processes, with experience in currency exchange rates
- Enjoy working autonomously but also thrive in a positive team environment
- Be looking for long term and secure role within an established and growing business.
