THE CLIENT
This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and social organisation with modern offices on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.
THE JOBS
We have 2 positions available:
PART TIME - Accounts Payable
3 days per week - 9am to 4pm or 9am to 1pm Monday to Friday (20 hours a week)
* Matching purchase orders to invoices
* Paying invoices by EFT
* Codes and process invoices
* Spreadsheets for reconcilliation and analysis
* End of month Payables close
* Expenses Reports and Credit Notes
PART TIME - Accounts Receivable
3 days per week - 9am to 4pm or 9am to 1pm Monday to Friday (20 hours a week)
* GL accounts reconcilliation
* Investigate invoices and general reporting.
Both roles need previous experience in SAP.
