The Firm
Established over 20 years ago, this 5 Partner firm is in the middle of a growth plan and consists of 30 employees. They provide a wide range of services including accounting and tax, superannuation, bookeeping and wealth protection.
The Opportunity
The position available is Business Services Manager and they are ideally seeking somone who can talk more value with clients as opposed to generic acocounting and tax.
Core Responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of 3 (currently in groeth plan)
- Workflow management
- WIP control
- Delegating and reviewing work
- Consulting with clients
- Considering business development opportunities
- Providing a value-add service to clients
- High-end advisory work
Skills & Experience
- CA/CPA Qualified
- At least 7 years' public practice experience
- At least a years' experience in overseeing staff and reviewing work
- An interest in value-add services
- A "go-getter" attitude!
