IMMEDIATE START

Accounts Payable

• Data entry of creditors invoices into MYOB
• Data entry of creditors payment information into cashflow
• Reconcile creditor statements and following up on missing invoices
• Process employee expenses
• Preparing daily local and overseas payments for creditor on COD
• Preparing weekly payment schedule for Local and overseas creditors
• Preparing bank files for payments
• Other tasks relating to Accounts Payable

Accounts Receivable

• Allocation of payments received from shops, e-commerce and creditors on a daily basis
• Responsible for the preparation of daily sales report
• Responsible for daily sales reconciliation for all stores plus online and wholesale.
• Responsible for generating weekly aged receivable reports for wholesale customers

Payroll

• Process payroll using Keypay for retail and headoffice staff on a weekly basis- 100 employees
• Ensure all stores have submitted timesheets in a timely manner
• Making sure adjustments are done correctly and in a timely manner
• Deal with other payroll inquiries- Separation Certificate, Annual leave, Sick leave, etc.

General and Ad-hoc duties

• Responsible for daily cash flow updates
• Play an active role in maintaining the relationship and ensuring timely communications with internal and external parties
• Manage the corporate Rental schedule
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the FC and COO

Desirable Education and skills

• Advanced diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
• Accounting Experience of more than 1 year
• Experience in MYOB- minimum 1 year
