The Company
A well established company with a long history in the manufacturing sector is looking to appoint a Senior Accountant for a period of 6 months with a possiblity for permanency. They maintain a view on the present but are also focused on continuous improvement. With multiple business segments, well-developed technology & sound market position in their industry, they provide their clients with quality products and a sustained competitive edge.
The Position
Reporting to the Finance Manager, key responsibilities will include:
- Month end closing and reporting
- GL analysis and reconciliations
- Tax compliance, audit and statutory accounts
- Financial Analysis and reporting
- Transfer pricing
- Customer master data/credit management/rebates
- Providing assistance as required to the finance team
The Person
CPA/CA qualified, you will have experience in a similar role and hands on experience with SAP. You will have outstanding attention to detail, good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
