Client Details
This well-established Professional Services firm based in Melbourne’s vibrant inner eastern suburbs are seeking a talented new addition to the business. Working as part of a specialist team within the wider business, you will draw on your previous experience in a similar role to effectively manage the trust accounting function. This role is offered on a permanent basis and an immediate start can be accommodated should the successful applicant be able to start now.
Description
- Management of trust accounting function for real estate clients
- Preparation of sales trust files and documentation for audit
- Coordination of the sales trust audit process
- Providing relief bookkeeping support to other team members as needed
- Client and internal / external stakeholder liaison
- Ad hoc administration and other tasks as required
Profile
- Demonstrated experience in a Trust Accounting role within the Real Estate sector
- Able to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- High level prioritisation / time management skills and the ability to work unsupervised
- Able to liaise with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Highly service driven with a confident communication style
- A positive, proactive and team-orientated attitude
- Box+Dice software experience highly regarded and strong proficiency in Excel
